The Reality Creation Course is a life-coaching program that combines the practical and the spiritual. This is a Course in Happiness. The more you apply its Lessons, the more energy, purpose and joy-to-be-alive is experienced. Th Course is the result of 20 years of research into how the successful achieve their riches and how the happy achieve their inner peace.
So that you have the best results from this Course, please proceed slowly. This website is not meant to be read in one sitting but over five weeks with one Level or Page per week. Do not read this the way you normally read webpages. If you do it differently I cannot guarantee results because it takes time for true inner understanding to sink in. A week per level gives you time to contemplate the Lesson and apply the accompanying Audio-Meditations more than once.

This Course is Experiential. That means we are more interested in feeling good mentally, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually than we are in accumulating information or parroting philosophies. We are more interested in net results than in wishful thinking.
There is much more that could be written right here and throughout the Course but we prefer that you do the exercises themselves as these are self-explanatory and carry you much further than mere information could.

Level 1.1 To Focus Attention
The Universe is a big place that contains trillions of Options of what to look at, what to do, what to think, what to listen to, what to say, where to go, with whom to be, who to be or in short: What to Focus on.If you do not learn to choose wisely which of these many Options to zoom in on, which of these realities to dedicate yourself to you will be in a state of overwhelm or just get lost in life altogether. If you do not decide where to put your attention on a regular basis, someone else will. Priority-mindedness is the key that eventually opens all doors.
To be able to pinpoint your attention and maintain that concentration is a key to success, joy and prosperity in life. Another way of saying "maintain focus" is "have Discipline" by which you are able to keep at something you originally set out to accomplish.Other words used to describe the energy behind sustained focus are
Persistence,
Firmness,
Willpower,
Steadfastness.
What you focus on in thought, word, sight, sound or deed
becomes more meaningful and tangible, perceivable, important and eventually more real. One could say that what you focus on, you energize and juice. In this sense "energy flows where attention goes" and the direction of your focus filters reality. What you release your focus from recedes to the background and eventually disappears from your experience.
The Basis of creating a new life is therefore to maintain focus on something new and the basis of solving problems is to stop focussing on them. This is simple in theory but requires some excersise in practice.
When you're ready please go to Audio Meditations and run Keep Focus a and b. Throughout the first week, practice keeping Focus. You can either do this by keeping focus on a project you are working on, instead of too often distracting yourself with Television, Food, Internet, Phonecalls and other things you use to Procrastinate, or by focussing on a single object or thought for a few minutes. Do not continue reading from this point forward until you have done the Audio-Meditation.
Once you've regained your ability to
* hold something in mind for several minutes
* keep working on something without getting easily distracted
* pinpoint attention
* write a priority list
* contemplate the the benefits of Firmness and Persistence
* and experience how rewarding and self-confidence boosting maintained focus can be
you may move on to week two, Level 1.2
Level 1.2 Release Focus
Contrary to popular opinion problems are not solved by focusing but by releasing ones attention from them. In week two, as best you can, cease talking and writing about things you do not like or do not want. You have thousands of thoughts each day, many of them habitual, residual default-patterns, and combined, they create what you experience as reality. And while you may not have much control over the thoughts running through your mind, you do have full control over the spoken and written versions of your thoughts. Talking and writing are ways of focussing attention, focussing energy on certain concepts and realities. Releasing your focus from the unwanted, as simple as it sounds, entails many things. It entails that you no longer

For some the sheer simplicity of this is difficult to accept.The worlds addiction to negativity is such that releasing attention from it is hardly taught anywhere. However, focussing on the unwanted will not bring about the wanted. Remember times you thought that one of these items on the list would solve your issues. Has worry ever solved a problem? Probably not. Worry perpetuates it. If you do not want to experience these things in your life, why focus on them? It is much more pleasant and rewarding to invest energy to the fruitful, joyful, loving, beautiful, solution-oriented. As much as society believes that fighting problems will solve them, it just isn't true. Its the biggest error in the History of mankind. ...the things you do want, do like, do appreciate. What you focus on is what you attract more of into your life. The energy you put out is the life you get back. Life really is as simple as that.

Releasing attention from the things that are not good for you and redirecting your heart to what is good and true is not only the task of this weeks Course, it is the task of a lifetime.
Emotional Clearing
In the Reality Creation Course well-being is not a goal but a starting-point from which all other things flow more effortlessly. If you feel good today you become independent of waiting on outside circumstances to make you happy, by which these circumstances and achievements are more easily accessible.
Our Course-Specific Definitions:
Emotion: A feeling or energy in or around the body. Energy-in-motion. A Barometer/Indicator or preview of the direction your reality is taking.
Misemotion: What neutral energy feels like when we label it as unwanted or as apathy, sadness, fear, anger, craving, frustration, boredom, etc. What neutral energy feels like when suppressed or not allowed. A helpful indicator that you are consciously or subconsciously focussing on something unliked. An early warning system. A stuckness or heaviness or contraction in the chest, solar-plexus, stomach, throat, forehead or head-crown.
Desire: On the one hand Desire is the beginning of a new reality. On the other hand it indicates lack of that reality. In The Infinity Course we let go of Wanting and step into Having. Merely desiring something is what keeps us separate from it. This is radically different than what most schools of pop psychology, new age and self-help teach. Merely letting go of wanting something can sometimes have it appear without much effort.
Resistance: Fighting against, pushing against, having an aversion towards, trying to solve a problem, trying to understand a problem, trying to find the cause of problems, trying to overcome a problem. Contrary to popular belief, resisting a problem does not solve it. It only focuses more attention/energy to it, making it more stuck. What you resist will persist. In the Course we let go of Resistance toward the unwanted. When we stop banging our hands against an unmoving wall this frees up a lot of energy and attention which can then be focused on the things we like instead.
Suppress & Express vs. Release: We strongly recommend not to suppress feelings and states. It does nothing to get rid of them, it only causes contraction and dulls ones body-mind only to have the resisted reality resurface sooner or later. Expressing how one feels is a bit better than Suppressing it, but also does not serve to align you with what you you prefer. What we instead do is first release our resistance of the issue and then release our focus from the issue, stop clutching, holding on, attaching, clinging, trying to understand, trying to fight, trying to change, stop assigning importance, relevance. This not only dissolves the underlying thought-forms and beliefs of any reality, resulting in major positive life changes but also leaves you with much more energy, productivity, creativity.
Two Basic Techniques to Dissolve Misemotion:
Emotional Navigation
With this method you stop and take a break when you feel down, rather than trying to overplay it with work, distractions, talking, food, internet, drugs, etc. Sit down and become restful. Understand that this what you are labelling a bad feeling is actually a friend trying to communicate something important . Its a navigator without which you would not have a clue which direction is right for you. Welcome that feeling, allow it to be, observe it, breathe with it. Then ask yourself:
"What thought or belief or intention or action or enviroment am I involved with that is not appropriate for me?"
Mis-emotion is an indicator that you are thinking or speaking or planning or doing something that is not good for you no matter how reasonable it appears, no matter what others say or expect of you.
Without analysing or trying to solve or get rid of anything, find out how this Emotion is an appropriate reaction to something that is just not acceptable! If something really bad is happening, you would not want to feel good about it, would you??? So ask yourself that question until you find out which thought-form, belief, action or intention/plan is causing the uneasiness. Do not turn this into some mysterious and complicated task it always becomes obvious within seconds of relaxing and asking. ..
"How does this feeling serve me? What not-OK-for-me-reality is it showing me?"
The second question to ask yourself is:
"What would I like to be thinking, doing or planning instead?"
Here you take some time to re-align with who you really are and find a thought, action or plan that feels better, that creates relief. This again, is only a matter of seconds or minutes. Once you do feel relief you know you have found the thought or action that feels better (note: It is often not mere "positive thinking" that causes relief but that which is realistic and authentic). Doing a written version of this can sometimes be more effective.
Emotional Releasing
It is never the actual emotion itself that feels bad but the label and resistance we put on top of otherwise neutral energy. The steps:
• Take a break, sit down and softly focus on the misemotion as-it-is in the body. So rather than looking at the whole story around it, just relax for a moment and see whats really there. Instead of expressing or suppressing it become silent and look. What is this thing you are calling fear or anger or boredom etc.? Its usually a contraction in your stomach, solar-plexus or chest. Open up and welcome it. Allow it to come up. Breathe with it. Let it be there. Let it come out.
• Notice if there is any urge to either get rid of it, change it, understand it or solve it. These are simply layers of resistance, simply part of the energy, part of the problem (Yes, trying to understand the cause of a problem is part of what is keeping it alive!). As you notice any of that, embrace it as part of the issue. Notice how the resistance-to-it is actually feeding it. Then, as best you can, relax your resistance, relax the desire to change the issue or get rid of it. This can be accompanied by an outbreathe or by releasing muscle-tension in your body or by relaxing your focus.
•If you notice any label (such as "fear" or "problem" or "unwanted") attached to it, relax, remove, release that too and just sink into the pure energy itself, without any story, label, judgement, analysis, justification needing to be attached to it. Allow your focus to move to the very core of the energy and rest there or look even deeper into the core (which can move you beyond the core into nothing-ness).
•Ask yourself one or several of these questions : Could I let go of narrowing my focus in this way? Could I let go of assigning importance and meaning to this? Could I allow my focus to widen and expand to also include the empty space around the feeling? Could I also become aware of the rest of my body, the space around my body, the room I am in etc.? Could I now release my focus from the entire issue and just be at peace? By now the Misemotion will have either neutralized or turned into well-being. If there is still any of it left, simply repeat the process as many times as needed until the entire subject feels free and clear.
After a lifetime of conditioning to suppress, resist, express (all of which create more suffering) it is of prime importance to practice the art of dealing with energy to allow the natural well-being that you are to flow. For this purpose we have created several audio-programs that specifically deal with emotional clearing and regaining ones energy and power. Please apply Advanced Releasing a, b and cbefore moving on to the fourth week of the Course.
What you put out is what you get back
Simply put, the energy and "vibe" you radiate and put out into the world is ultimately what you get back. Week Four of Level 1 asks the following of you:
Practice Kindness
Move beyond the narrow sphere of egoic needs and neurosises to extend and expand attention, appreciation, care and random acts of kindness towards others. The simple shift from being preoccupied with self to being interested in the rest of the world will increase your well-being, awareness and influence manifold.

Creating a New Reality
The purpose of this section is to intensify your focus on life dreams and goals you wish to achieve.Please only use these processes on goals you are wholeheartedly determined to reach.
1.Intention List
In the Reality Creation Course we call Goals and Desires Intentions. Please list your big and small Intentions regarding your life, health, body, relationships, family, career, money, spirituality, abilities or anything else. Phrase them in the present tense or past tense (as if they have already happened).We recommend not to do Intention Lists only oncebut regularly in order to stay aware of the things that are important to you in life. Enjoy writing down your Intentions (Goals and Desires) without the pressure of Expectation that they must come true and without the doubt-inducing questions of how, when or from where these things should come to pass.
2. Release Emotional Charge
Release emotional charge and feelings of lack regarding your Intentions by using the audio program Advanced Releasing b and c. This is based on the idea that it is easier to have something you are not needy of. Desire implies lack and Contentment implies having. While applying the Audio Meditation, have your Intention-List at yourside so that you remember what it is you are focussing on.
3. Action-List
Write down some typical everyday-life actions required by yourself or others for these Intentions to be achieved. It is not important that you do all of these actions or when you do them, it is important that you become more aware of which actions you could take.
4. Acting As-If
A common technique of The Infinity Course is to get into the state or vibe of already having achieved a goal by acting-as-if .Write down the things you would be feeling, doing and planning if each of your Intentions were already real, already come true, already fully in place.Then, as best you can, already bring the future into the today by acting out some of those items either in pantomime or in actuality. So if living in a better place is your goal, then already spend time at better places today or find some way to "sync your energy with the reality of your goal".
5. Creative Visualisation
Use the Audio program Intensifying Imaginationto get into the mood of Visualizing.Then, without using any audio-program visualize the goals for 5 minutes each. Do this while lying down and being deeply relaxed. You may use soft or positive music. This will further energize your body and mind and bring you into alignment with your Intentions.
It is recommended that you repeat this process once a month . Some goals may change over time. If you really are interested in your goals you will spend some time mentally and emotionally focussing on them. Not spending this time for them indicates lack of interests or lack of belief in their achievability.
You have completed Level 1 of the Reality Creation Course once you have achieved something you did not have before starting the Course. Please only proceed to Level 2 if that is the case.

If you have enjoyed Level 1 and have made obvious progress emotionally, mentally and materially you will wish to move on to Level 2.
