The Free-Online-Workshop on Reality Creation
Welcome to this Workshop. The following information already contains everything you need to know to create and attract the reality of your dreams in a very short period of time, without the necessity for further workshops, costly seminars, books, cds etc. This workshop is designed to move your attention away from workshops, gurus, the internet and even these website, and direct it towards your inner self...the true source of power, magic and excitement. You will not find the ultimate answers "out there" but within your self.
If you are looking for theoretical background on "reality creation", then please read some of the "Articles" section before you proceed. If however, you are fed up with theory and know exactly what "reality creation", "law of attraction" and "manifesting your dreams" is all about, then make use of this workshop as a gift you give to yourself. A gift more precious than any material object, piece of information or person you could ever acquire.
How to do this workshop: Do not gloss over this workshop intellectually and say "OK, great, I got it" or "Well, alright, but I dont believe it". Experience it. Consider it. Play with it. Contemplate it. Give yourself time and space to think about it and enjoy it. You will mold and change the techniques over time, adapt it to your own preferences and abilities. There are many variations on how to do this workshop and how much time to spend with it. This is all up to you. You decide what feels appropriate and what doesnt.
Phase 1: Silence, Well-Being & Non-Neediness
Before magically manifesting desires, making dreams come true, achieving goals, etc. I recommend a phase of returning to yourself and finding peace within...finding joy without the fullfillment of any of your goals and desires.
Why? Because if you have made your natural state of flow and well-being dependent upon the manifestation of countless needs, urges and desires then you are unhappy, needy and energyless and therefore will not be able to manifest much of anything. Instead you have become a pawn in the game of advertisers and marketers who promise delivery of your desires. Not to mention that you have probably picked up some desires that are not really your hearts desires but ones conditioned into your psyche by a restless and hysterical society.
Retreating from all the demands, expectations, confusions, voices, bombardments of information, and entities wanting to grab your attention is a prerequisite to magical work. It is only when you stop chasing the world that the world starts chasing you. Rather than being the achiever and go-getter you suddenly consider a lifestyle of being a receiver and allower of the good life.
Most of the problems people have arise from the inability to sit still and breathe for a few minutes.
Phase 1 of our workshop therefore has this command: Find back to yourself, find to your well-being without needing much in order to feel good. Money, Sex, Enlightenment...none of these things dictate your well-being. You dont need any of it. You are much more than money, sex and enlightment. "Feeling high" is native and natural to you, it is your birthright. There is a constant stream of energy flowing towards you and all you have to do is rest back into it, allow it, accept it. Coffee, Drugs and Food are ok, but they are also secondary to feeling your natural state of well-being. You can start regaining this energy through silence.
Some examples of silence & well-being practice:
Sitting down for a few minutes, closing your eyes and breathing.
Softly Focussing your attention on an object for a few minutes
Visiting a so-called Floating-Tank (sensory depriviation tank)
Taking a bath
Taking a walk without a specific aim
Sitting in a park, observing people for awhile
Getting a massage
Playing with a child
Playing a Guitar or Piano
Being Lazy
Staying in Bed for another 15 minutes after waking up
Stopping for a break from work and re-setting yourself
Meditation
Audio-Induced Meditation
and many other things.
The whole point is to stop the rat-race, habitual routine and the jumping of attention from one thing to the next, and regain poise, regain free attention, regain self-determined attention.
Phase 1 also consists of doing little things that allow you to feel good. It is not always the mega-project you feel good with and you may allow yourself to feel good without the mega-project once in awhile. You may allow yourself to feel good without the money, without the sex, without the action.
Releasing your dependence on stimuli will make you very, very, very powerful. By loosing your dependence on money, sex, fame, good-looks, cars, status, career, cosmectics, body-weight or whatever your preoccupation is, these things will be acquired more easily. Rather than saying "I need them" you will say "I like them".
Once you have regained inner peace and well-being, in your own unique way, you may shift to phase 2. Should you ever loose your center, simply return to phase 1. The pressures of society do tend to let you easily stray from your path and your inner ease, but it is rather easy to return to inner well-being. You only need notice that you are off-path and return to it. The Nr. 1 indicator that you are off-path is that you are not feeling well, not feeling quite right. Not-feeling-ok is the indicator that it is time to retrieve your attention from the world, back to things that are beautiful and good for you. Appreciate your bad feelings as indicators, barometers.
Sometimes applying phase 1 will suffice to get you back on track, without any further practice necessary. Sometimes just feeling good will magnetically attract all kinds of positive events into your life. You are radiating energy that is self-confident, at ease and genuinely happy, and those are exactly the type of events that will reflect back to you...from your bank account, from people of the preferred sex, from colleagues, employees, bosses, and the whole universe in general. The Universe is like a copy-machine that simply matches the vibrations you put out. This is not meant in a metaphorical way but as a specific and concrete day to day practical tool.
Energy is accumulative. And the more of something you have, the more of it you get.
Phase 2: Choosing from Millions of Options
Phase 1 ask you to let go of your Desires, and Phase 2 asks you to re-visit them, re-awaken them. But by now we are no longer calling them "Desires", we are calling them "Preferences" or "Intentions". Desire implies lack, implies a seperation from that which is wanted. Before attracting a new reality into your life, simply choose out of the millions of options availible. You have probably already defined the things you like in life, you probably already know what you would like next. By choosing we mean a bit more: Focus on, single out, filter, prioritize the thing you like and would like to experience, while dismissing the millions of other things competing for your attention. This is what we mean by "choose". Otherwise attention will be overwhelmed by an endless stream of possibilities and in the end you will not have kept your focus on much of anything.
Often, simply deciding and choosing what feels right to you, is enough to elicit the energy necessary to have it manifest in your life.
Phase 3: Switching Reality Channels
We have already established that all thinking, talking, acting, remembering, imagining, seeing, looking at, listening to = reality creation. Now you will be directing that thinking, talking, acting, remembering, imagining, seeing, looking at, listening to to the reality you have chosen. Its as "simple" as that.
The reality you do not prefer is to become less appealing, less interesting. You are to find out, research and know about less and less of that reality. You quit talking about it, justifying it, explaining it, looking for it, expecting it. Instead you are starting to know about, find out about, research, enjoy, look at and involve yourself in the reality you prefer.
In doing this you have switched reality-channels / timelines. The past is only upheld by your belief in it, your reaction to it, your constant talking, writing and thinking about it. Without your attention, it all falls away. Switching your mode of attention is just like switching into a parallel universe in which you have a different self, a different past, present and future.
You sit in front of a TV-Set and you dont like what you see? Well, switch the channel or turn the TV off entirely for awhile (turning it off would be the "returning to silence" phase). You would not beat against the TV-Screen or go to the TV-Studios to threaten the executives there. That might have some effect, but not the effect you want. In this analogy most people spend their lives running away from or negatively reacting to or beating against a TV screen showing something they dislike. Much more effortless and effective is to change to a program you do like. And this is done by simply switching your attention to what you prefer.
Phase 4: Identifying with a Reality
In this phase you no longer just look at a reality, but identify with it, look AS that reality, AS the person experiencing it. Looking AT and Talking ABOUT something as in Phase 3 will bring you closer to your preferred reality. Looking AS and Talking AS something will firmly lock you into your new reality.
Identification means that you are no longer desiring, wishing, expecting or waiting for something to happen. These were preliminary steps. You have claimed the new reality and are trusting in it and loyal to it to an extent that you no longer need to attach to it. You are acting like someone who is already fully experiencing it. You are feeling like someone who has already fullfilled his desire. You feel at ease and/or excited.
When truly identified with a certain reality, something interesting happens: The circumstances, events and "coincidences" of life start adapting to your newly chosen state of being. No longer do circumstances dictate your feeling and being, but the other way around. You no longer react with pain to apparent "evidence" of the old reality because you are completely identified with the new. "This is the way things are for now, but it is no longer the way I am." Old reality echoes loose their meaning and relevance. The ocassional echo from an old reality may still come up (as a sort of "test") but it no longer carries the validity and weight. You no longer assign hard and tough reality to it.
In the beginning the body-sense and mind-state will have to suffice as "evidence" of you having manifested a new reality. It is only when you can upkeep your new "role" or "commitment" in the face of the "old reality" that you will experience speedy shifts to the new.
Why? Because a mirror (life) wont smile before you smile. First you change, then reality changes. The energy you give off is what is reflected back. Therefore: Gently contol your own state or being and you can control everything. You see the world not as it is, but as you are.
The step "Identifying with a Reality" is similar to the "Acting-as-if" method. With this tiny difference: You are not acting "as-if" but simply AS. You are not implying that this is fake, or imagination, or "only acting" but something very solid, feelable, important and real to you.
These are the four basic steps of succesful reality creation. There are details to this science (see "Practical Reality Creation" in the section "Articles" or the "Self-Coaching" section, but this knowledge would suffice to refresh your sense of ease, power and magic in life.
